The Challenge
The Royal Danish Embassy needed modern multimedia equipment across three distinct spaces — two conference rooms and a reception lobby. Each room had different requirements: the lobby needed an information display for communicating with guests, the small room required an interactive presentation system, and the large room called for a professional conferencing setup. The challenge was to create a cohesive ecosystem that would be intuitive for diplomatic staff.
Our Solution
We designed and implemented three separate yet complementary multimedia systems. In the reception lobby, we installed a large monitor serving as an information hub. In the small room, we set up a Quomo interactive whiteboard with an ultra-short-throw projector, and in the large conference room — a full presentation package with a projector and sound system.
Scope of Work
Reception lobby:
Installation of a large multimedia monitor for dynamic display of informational and diplomatic materials.
Conference rooms:
Installation of an interactive whiteboard with a short-throw projector in the small room and a full conferencing setup in the large room.

The Result
The Embassy gained state-of-the-art multimedia facilities. The reception lobby monitor dynamically displays informational materials, the interactive whiteboard in the small room enables interactive meetings, and the large conference room meets the standards of diplomatic presentations. Staff operate all systems independently, without any technical support.
