The Challenge
The PTTS international congress spanned multiple parallel rooms with simultaneous presentations. The challenge was not only equipping each room with AV gear but, above all, creating a centralised presentation management system for verifying and distributing speaker materials.
Our Solution
We built an extensive computer network with a central multimedia server where all presentations were verified and stored. Each room was fitted with projectors and laptops connected to the server. The system enabled efficient distribution of materials to individual rooms.

The Result
The congress ran without any technical disruptions. The central multimedia server enabled efficient management of hundreds of presentations, and the extensive network ensured reliable material distribution to all rooms. Speakers could focus entirely on the content of their talks.
