Section 1 – General Provisions
- The controller of personal data collected through the website www.planerstudio.pl is Robert Ferens, conducting business under the name Planer Studio Ferens Robert, with its registered office in Plochocin, ul. Jozefowska 16, 05-860, Tax ID (NIP) 5341519800, e-mail address: biuro@planerstudio.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", who is also the Service Provider.
- Personal data collected by the Controller through the website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.
Section 2 – Types of Personal Data Processed, Purpose and Scope of Data Collection
- Purpose and legal basis of processing. The Controller processes personal data through the website www.planerstudio.pl when:
- a user submits the contact form. Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR as a legitimate interest of the Controller.
- Types of personal data processed. The Controller processes the following categories of user personal data:
- First and last name,
- E-mail address,
- Phone number,
- Message content.
- Data retention period. Users' personal data are stored by the Controller:
- where the basis for processing is the performance of a contract, for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract, and thereafter for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims. Unless a specific provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic payments and claims related to business activity — three years.
- where the basis for processing is consent, for as long as the consent is not withdrawn, and after withdrawal of consent for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that may be raised by the Controller and that may be raised against the Controller.
- During the use of the website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the Internet service provider, domain name, browser type, access time, and operating system type.
- Navigational data may also be collected from users, including information about links and references they choose to click or other actions taken on the website. The legal basis for such activities is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
- The provision of personal data by the user is voluntary.
Section 3 – Disclosure of Personal Data
- Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g. companies handling electronic payments, companies providing courier/postal services, and law firms.
- Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Section 4 – Right of Access to and Rectification of Personal Data
- The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to have them rectified, erased, restricted in terms of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

- When a user exercises any of the above rights, the Controller shall fulfil or refuse to fulfil the request without undue delay, and no later than within one month of its receipt. If, however, due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests, the Controller is unable to fulfil the request within one month, it shall do so within the following two months, having informed the user within one month of receipt of the request of the intended extension and the reasons for it.
- If the processing of personal data is found to violate the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO).
Section 5 – Cookies
- The Controller's website uses cookies.
- The installation of cookies is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. Cookies contain information essential for the proper functioning of the website and also enable the compilation of general statistics on website visits.
- The website uses the following types of cookies: session and persistent.
- "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the user's end device until they log out (leave the website).
- "Persistent" cookies are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
- The Controller uses its own cookies for the purpose of better understanding how users interact with website content. These files collect information about how users use the website, the type of page from which the user was redirected, and the number of visits and the length of the user's visit to the website. This information does not record specific personal data of the user but is used to compile statistics on website usage.
- The user has the right to decide on the access of cookies to their computer by pre-selecting them in their browser window. Detailed information on the options and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).

Section 7 – Final Provisions
- The Controller applies technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data under protection, and in particular secures data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, removal by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
- The Controller provides appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorised persons.
- In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
- This privacy policy is effective as of 8 April 2026.
