Planer Studio provides comprehensive technical solutions for events of any scale — from intimate corporate meetings and presentations to large-format outdoor productions, industry conferences and concerts. We maintain an extensive fleet of AV equipment: multimedia projectors with brightness up to 20,000 lumens, LCD and OLED monitors for presentations and digital signage, professional line-array and point-source sound systems, and LED and moving-head stage lighting.
We select equipment to match the specific requirements of your venue and project — whether you are organising a gala dinner at a hotel, a training session in an office building, or an outdoor event for 5,000 guests. We offer full support: from technical consulting and site surveys, through delivery, installation and configuration, to professional on-site operation throughout the entire event. Every project is quoted individually.

How to Rent AV Equipment
Renting audio-visual equipment from Planer Studio is a straightforward five-step process. It starts with a quote request — tell us about your event and we will recommend the right equipment. Next, we hold a technical consultation to discuss the specifics of your venue and any special requirements. Once the configuration is agreed, we prepare a detailed quote listing every piece of equipment.
On the agreed date we deliver the equipment to your venue, carry out setup and configuration, and run thorough tests. After the event, our team collects the equipment. For shorter rentals we also provide an operating briefing so you can run the equipment independently. You can start the process via our contact form or by phone.
What Is Included in the Rental?
A rental from Planer Studio goes beyond just the equipment. Our standard package includes delivery to your venue, setup and configuration by experienced technicians, and testing of all systems before the event begins. On request, we also provide on-site technical support for the duration of the event.
Equipment is transported in dedicated flight cases to guarantee safe handling. All rented devices are covered by insurance. For mission-critical devices we offer hot backup — a standby unit delivered alongside the primary equipment for a small surcharge. As standard, every rental includes cold backup — reserve units in our warehouse at no extra cost.
AV Equipment Delivery — Warsaw and All of Poland
Our base in Płochocin near Warsaw allows us to offer efficient delivery across the capital and its surroundings — in many cases we can arrange same-day delivery. For locations across the rest of Poland, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. We transport everything in our own vehicles fitted with appropriate protection, eliminating the risk of transit damage. For orders above a set threshold, delivery within Warsaw is free of charge.

What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day. We also offer weekly and monthly rentals at more favourable rates. Details are agreed individually depending on the equipment type and project duration.
Do you deliver equipment to the venue?
Yes. Delivery, setup and configuration are included in the rental price. Our technicians install and test all equipment on site to ensure it works correctly from the outset.
What if equipment fails during the event?
We offer two backup models. For mission-critical devices we recommend hot backup — a standby unit delivered alongside the primary equipment, ready for instant switchover, for a small surcharge. As standard, every rental includes cold backup — reserve units held in our warehouse at no extra cost, delivered as quickly as possible if needed. Our technical team is available on a 24/7 support hotline during your event.
Can I collect equipment in person?
Yes. Personal collection is available from our warehouse in Płochocin (ul. Józefowska 16, 05-860 Płochocin, Poland). We provide a brief operating walkthrough before you leave. Please arrange a collection time in advance by phone or via our contact form.
