The Challenge

A forum dedicated to mobile television required professional technical infrastructure to support smooth presentations by multiple speakers. Key priorities were freedom of movement for the presenters and seamless switching between two presentation laptops.

Our Solution

We supplied a complete conference kit featuring a 4000 ANSI lumen projector, five wireless microphones (including lavalier), and two presentation laptops. The sound system was precisely calibrated to the room's acoustics, ensuring excellent audibility from every seat.

The Result
