The Challenge
IVECO Poland needed professional technical support to conduct an employee training session directly on the production floor. The space — designed for heavy vehicle work, not presentations — posed specific acoustic and visual challenges: large volume, echo, difficult lighting conditions, and no permanent AV infrastructure whatsoever.
The key requirement was to deliver a mobile setup that would ensure good presentation visibility and speaker intelligibility in the demanding acoustics of an industrial hall.
Our Solution
We designed a mobile AV setup tailored to the specifics of an industrial space. We used a rear projection screen that delivers excellent visibility even under strong hall lighting — unlike front projection, the image retains its quality in bright environments. The sound system was selected to overcome the hall's natural echo and ensure clear audibility throughout the training zone.
Scope of Work
Equipment & logistics:
Transport and setup of a high-brightness multimedia projector, installation of a rear projection screen on a dedicated frame, delivery and configuration of a sound system with a wireless microphone for the presenter.
Operation & execution:
On-site survey and acoustic measurements of the hall, speaker placement adjusted to the space's volume, full technical support during the training, presentation switching, and real-time audio and video quality control.

The Result
The training ran smoothly and professionally. The rear projection screen ensured excellent material visibility even under full hall lighting, and the carefully selected sound system effectively overcame the echo of the industrial space. Participants could fully focus on the training content without any technical distractions.
