The Challenge
The District Office of West Warsaw County needed a modern conference room capable of hosting county council sessions, public meetings, and multimedia presentations. The main problem was outdated infrastructure — no projector, no sound system, and no control system of any kind. Staff had to rely on portable equipment, which was time-consuming and produced low-quality presentations.
An additional challenge was designing a system simple enough for any employee — without technical knowledge — to operate independently with a single button press.
Our Solution
We designed and deployed a comprehensive audiovisual system built around intelligent control. A single button press on the wall panel automatically powers on the projector, lowers the ceiling screen, activates the amplifier, and matches the audio source to the video signal. The client does not need multiple remotes or worry about correct settings — the entire system is exceptionally intuitive.
Scope of Work
As part of the project, we carried out the following works:
Equipment & installation:
Ceiling-mounted multimedia projector installation, motorised projection screen, zone amplifier sound system deployment, and permanently table-integrated conference microphones.
Sterowanie i integracja:
Programming of the intelligent control system with a wall panel, integration of all AV devices into a single cohesive ecosystem, configuration of automated scenarios (presentation, video conference, council session), and staff training.

The Result
The District Office conference room gained a corporate-grade professional AV system. Staff operate the entire system with a single button — no need to call a technician. Room preparation time dropped from over ten minutes to just a few seconds. The system has been running reliably since installation and requires no regular maintenance.
